Mula Tengra recipe

Ingredients:

Radish 1/2 kg, Tengra Fish 1/2 kg, Tomato 2 pices, onions 1 cup, garlic paste 1 tablespoon, Ginger flour 1/4 teaspoonchilli powder 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoons, green chili 7-8 pices, salt quantity, 3 tablespoons of coriander leaves, 1/2 cup oil.

Procedure: Sprinkle the radish and boil for 5 minutes in boiling water. Take muler water and fry it with salt and turmeric oil. Oil in pan, grated tomatoes, onion, ginger garlic, chilli, turmeric powder, turmeric powder and green chillies, mix well with salt. Then the Tengra fish and fried radish give it to the stove with a little water. Cook 20 minutes to cook. When the oil comes up, drop off the coriander leaves.
