ingredients:
mashroom 200 grams
potatoes 100 grams
peas are 100 grams
tomato 100 grams
cauliflower 100 grams
onion kuchi 1 cup
ginger paste 1 tablespoon
garlic paste 1 tablespoon
salt 1 tablespoon
oil half cup
cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
green paper 6 pieces
curry power 1 tablespoon
sugar half cup
yellow power 1 tablespoon
method:wash all vegetables including mushrooms and wash it. all vegetables except tomatoes roast in oil. now add the onions and light brown powder to all the spices. sprinkle with a little water and salt, give all the vegetables except tomatoes. if the vegetables are cooked, cover them with tomato and groundnut. erve with curry powder and bring it down after 5 minutes.
