Delicious Gera Hilsha recipe


Ingredients:

Hilsa fish 4 pieces

Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon

Tomato cooked 1 pieces

Pepper powder 1 teaspoon or taste

Yellow powder / 2 teaspoon of tea

Dry pepper 2-3 pieces

Green chillies 2-3 pieces

Like the taste of salt

Zira 1 Pinch

Mustard oil needs

Method:In the hilsa fish, take a little light on the yellow and salt, and if you want to cook it can be cooked. If you want to make it in the same oil, add one-inch ginger-cumin seeds, chilli powder, yellow powder, salt, tomato husk and amount of water. After that, cooked kisuktan should be cooked. After this, the capsicum should be cooked again with fish and chillies, if needed, more water will be needed. If you want at the end of the cooking, take a little fry jiraara powder.
