Stout purple recipe


Ingredients:

Tuna / cow / chicken mince: 1 cup

Onion Mihcuchi: 1/4 cups

Ginger garlic batter: 1 teaspoon

Black round peppercorns: 1 teaspoon

Tomato sauce: 2 table spoons

Kachamirichchchi: I like

Butter / Oil: 2 tablespoons

Give the onion and glassware with the pan in the bowl. If the onion is soft, then ginger with garlic paste. Now mix well with tuna kima and chilli pepper. Give tomato sauce. Dry out of the oven when dry.
Made of purple:

1.5 or 2 inches thick eggplant: 3 pieces

Flour 1 cup

Beans 1 cup

Rice power 1 cup

Yellow chili power 1 teaspoon

Method:
Slice the eggplants by slicing them in the 1/2 inch.

Cut each slice again in the middle. Do not cut it properly.

Now cover 1 tablespoon salt purple slices for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, remove the water from the brinjal slices with chip. Then add 1 table spoon to the eggplant and make it like sandwiches.

Mix all of the above except the eggplants in a large bowl.
 
Create a solid battery by mixing water slowly.

Heat oil with 1 cup of oil in the pan.

Immerse the eggplant slices in hot oil.

Bake brown and brown.
Serve with khichuri, hot rice or sauce.
