Ingredients:
Brinjal 4 piecesSour yogurt 1 cup
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoons
Yellow powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Onion beta: 2 teaspoons
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Tamarind sauce or juice: 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Sugar:1 teaspoon
Salt: 2 teaspoons
Oil:1 cup
Method:slice the eggplants, cut them with salt, turmeric and pepper powder. Vaginate the eggplant when the oil is hot. Sprinkle with all the spices in oil. Brightly grate the eggplant. Serve the oil up and down.
