Shrimp fish malai-curry |
Ingredients:
Shrimp fishes are big 3 piecesOnion batter: 1 cup
Yellow powders: 2 teaspoons
Dry chilli powder: 2 teaspoons
Ghee 4 teaspoons
Bagespata: 2-3 pieces
Amal: 5-6 pieces
Mustard oil half cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Tomato puree: 4 teaspoons
Ginger-garlic paste: 3 teaspoons
Sugar: 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon: 5-6 pieces
Salt to taste
Water to needs
Method:
Step 1:Wash shrimp fishes well and keep salt and turmeric in it.
Step 2: Put oil in the pot and put it in the pot.
Step3: Then add 1 spoon of ghee.
Step 4: Tea leaf, cinnamon and cardamom in the hot oil when the oil becomes hot.
Step 5: Now take out the shrimp fishes.
Step 6: The onion kept in the daytime with oil.
Step 7: Ginger-garlic paste, yellow and dry chilli powder when the onion is light fry.
Step 8: If all the ingredients are mixed well then add 4 tablespoons tomato puri in the pot.
Step 9: When the spices are thickened, salt and sugar are sown.
Step 10: When the sugar is mixed, add water to the pot.
Step 11: If the gravy blossomed, give it to the shrimp with a frying pan.
Step 12: Then boil it with coconut milk for a while.
Step 13: Now the grapes are rubbish on the day by rattler, cardamom and ghee.
