Spicy meat(খাসির ঝাল-মাংস)

Ingredients:
1.                  Khasir meat one kilogram
2.                  Quarter cup
3.                  Five tablespoons of onion chopped
4.                  Pepper powder two table spoons
5.                  Two table spoons of turmeric powder
6.                  Ginger Bread One Table Spoon
7.                  One tablespoon of garlic paste
8.                  Coriander powder one teaspoon
9.                  One teaspoon of cumin powder
10.              Potatoes cut short by 8-10 pices
11.              One teaspoon of hot spicy powder
12.              Cinnamon is seven to eight
13.              Oil amount quantity

14.              Salt taste

Process:
First put a bowl of meat, sour, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt together in a bowl, keep an hour for the marinette. Now heat oil in a pan, keep onion with onion, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, hot spicy powder and salt. Now stay in the silk with the marinated meat. Give the water when the oil comes up. Cook the lid and cook it. Take this mixture with potato and sugarcane again and cover it with a lid. Once the meat is boiled, pour it out of the oven and serve hot in the hot sauce.
