Ingredients:
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Pepper power 1/4 tablespoon
Oregano 1 tablespoon
Onion 1/4 cup
Coriander power 2 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt ½ cup
Dhanepata kuchichata amount quantity
Step1: Take a cup of crocodile pieces from the bone and slice the slices into pieces. Keep lemon juice, pepper, oregano, coriander and garlic with a bowl for 1 hour.
Step2: Take 1/2 cup of green, yellow and red capsicum 1 cm wide. Slice the onion thick.
Step-3: Sprinkle 10-12 pieces of meat in oil at one time. Do not fry the meat together.
Step-4: After frying the meat, roast onion with the same oil in the same oil.
Step-5: Mix meat with mayonnaise, tomato husk, cucumber, capsicum slice. Roll with mashed bread or naan bread and serve it.
