Thai fried rice


Ingredients:

rice: 1 cup

Soybean oil: 3 tablespoons

Eggs, Shrinking 1 pices

Onion, Kuchi 2 teaspoons

Garlic, Kuchi 1 tablespoon

shrimp paste 1 tablespoon

borbite: 1/2 cup

Shrimp, head and peel: 1 cup

Tincture onion slice: 3 pices

Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon

Fresh thai basil leaves: 12  pices (if you can not use fresh leaves, you can use dry leaves but the flavors will be slightly lower)

Step-1. Kathywog, Najirshail, Jasmine, cool any cooked rice of any 1 cup rice. Boiling water in boiling water for two minutes. Water fountain. Keep it in cold water.

Step-2. Roll the egg yolks with thin omelet. Make slim slices. Shrimp water in boiling water and boil for 3 minutes.

Step-3. Heat oil in the pot. Cook onion, garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. Brushing with shrimps paste. Shrimp, rice, and barbecue. If the rice is soft then add oyster sauce. Spread the top of the dish, lean onion, basil leaves, stirring in the dish.
