Kima koffata


Ingredients:
Khasir meat half kg
Egg 3 pieces
Bread: 2 slices
Ginger: 1 tea spoon
Onion 1 pieces
Garlic 4 quaya
Carrots 1 pieces
Capsicum: 1 pieces
Tomato sauce amounted to so much
Soyasan amount quantity
Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
Cornflower: 2 teaspoons
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoons
White oil for frying
Salt 3 tea spoon
Pineapple juice: 1 cup
Vinegar: 2 tablespoons

Method: make ginger, garlic and onion finely chopped. Cut the carrots and capsicas into pieces. Kima ginger, garlic paste, salt, one spoon vinegar and cook for half an hour. Cook a little bit in the saucepan and boil a little. Take onion onion, egg and bread and cook it. Make a round goal ball and heat hot oil. Release ginger, garlic, capsicum and pineapple with the same oil. Cook for two minutes. Mix well with a vinegar, tomato sauce, sugar, chilli powder, pineapple juice and cornflower in a cup.
