Fish chop recipe



Ingredients:
Finger fish (vetki or rui) 400 grams
Onions 2 tablespoons
Garlic 1 teaspoon
Ginger curry 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves 1 tea-spoon
Lemon juice 1 table spoon
Rice powder 2 table spoons
Salt taste
Shoted eggs are 1 pieces
Bread crum 1 cup
Hot power1 teaspoon

Method: Keep the salt and lemon juice in the fish for 10 minutes. Heat the oil in rye, add onion khichi, garlic curry, ginger curd, green chilli and fish. Take down the fish when boiled. If the fish mixture is cold, then make a paste by mixing it with mint leaves, hot water powder and rice powder. Squeeze the beaten egg into a frying pan and roast it in the submersible oil.
