Pranali:The whole chicken should be cleaned with a spoon.now with the yarn chicken should be tied with the two stap and two hands of the wrists.mix chickpeas, salt, tikka spices,ginger and garlic paste ,chili,nut,risins,with a sugar chicken and keep it in 3/4 hours.heat the oil in the pan and roast the pina brown rice and roast the chicken with a little bit of water.after prouing the marinated spices,pur a little narachara bowil it a little bit and cook it with lemon juice and ghee and cook it down….serve as a favorite.
