Shrimp prawns in the rainy season(সর্ষে বাটায় চিংড়ি খিচুড়ী )

Ingredients:

1.                  Small shrimp 1 /2 cup
2.                  Mustard paste - 3 tablespoons
3.                  Onion Fry Paste - 1/2 Cup
4.                  Talk yogurt / card - 3 tablespoons
5.                  Red chili powder -1/2 teaspoon
6.                  Yellow Sliced ​​- 1/2 teaspoon
7.                  Mustard oil - 1/4 cups
8.                  Salt
For the khukuri
9.                  Chinigura / blackjars rice - 2 cups
10.              Lentil pulse - 1/2 cup
11.              Mud dal - 1/2 cup
12.              Ginger chopped - 1 teaspoon
13.              Garlic grate - 1 teaspoon
14.              Spunk page - 2 pieces
15.              Chili - 5-6 pieces
16.              Salt
17.              Water - 5 cups
18.              Mustard oil- 1/4 cup
• Clean the shrimp, keep the water clean, apply a little yellow and salt
Heat oil in a pan and keep shrimp for a minute
• Fry the juice of mustard seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, chilli, sesame seeds and spices in the same oil and then add the shrimp and cook for one minute.
