Ingredients:

Rubbish 500 g

Cucumber shrimp 1/2 cup

Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon

Onion cooked 1/4 cup
5.                
Ginger Bada 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon

Kachamirich slip 6-7

Turmeric powder 1/4

Chilli grated 1/4 teaspoons

Coriander leaves cooked 1
tablespoon

Mustard oil 2
tablespoons

Salt to tast

Water 1 cup
Process:
Cut the rubbish into
medium size.
Take a pan with oil and
fry it with the onions, if there is light brown, then make shrimp and a little
salt.
When it is reddish, add
ginger garlic, turmeric, chilli powder and a little water.
Now cook for 5 minutes
covered with rubbish and mustard bowl.
Before harvesting, remove
the chopped coriander and coriander leaves.
Cover for 1 minute.
