Chicken broth(মুরগীর ঝোল)

Ingredients:

1.                  Chicken meat - 500g
2.                  Aadha-mazhari size is one
3.                  Garlic is one of the big size
4.                  Onion 2 is a medium
5.                  Yellow powder 1/2 teaspoon
6.                  Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
7.                  Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
8.                  Shahi hot spicy powder 1/2 teaspoon
9.                  Chicken Curry Spices Powder 1/2 teaspoon
10.              Salt 1/2 teaspoon
11.              Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
12.              Mustard oil - 50g
13.              Tomato sauce 1 table spoon

14.              Ghee-1 table spoon

Add ginger, garlic, medium-sized onions, together. The meat must be washed. With it onion, ginger, garlic bowl, 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil, oil 4 tablespoons and salt should be kept for 1 hour.
