Cock vindaloo

Ingredients:

1.                  Cock meat (small pieces) 1 kg
2.                  1 cup of onion
3.                  Garlic 1 tea-spoon
4.                  Green chili 2-3 pieces
5.                  Salt 
6.                  Oil 1 cup
7.                  Potatoes 5-6 pieces
8.                  Coriander powder 1 table spoon
9.                  Cumin powder 1 table spoon
10.               Mustard seed 1 table spoon
11.              Yellow powder half teaspoon
12.              Chopped pepper powder semi-teaspoon

13.               Circa 4 table spoon
Process:
1.            The oil in saucepan heat onion and garlic little browns. Fried, vindaloo paste day and kaṣāna. Out give 3-4 minutes to eat. Salt Potatoes & 2 Cup with hot water. Cook on medium with hot water. Minutes. Don't boil the meat, a little bit of water, filthy. If the meat is going to be boiled. If you want to be gravy.
