Papaya fry

Raw Papaya-500gm.
mustard seed-2tsp.
whole red chillies-4no.s.
turmeric powder-1tsp.

1. Wash and grate the papaya.
2. Heat a pan,and add oil.
3. After temparing it add mustard seed and whole red chillies.
4. Now add the grated papaya.
5. Add salt and turmeric powder into it.
6. At first fry it in a high flame for 5 minutes, and then cover it for 5 minutes with a slow flame.
7. Add sugar and mix well.
8. Serve hot with rice or chapaties.
