Cock mossalam

Ingredients:

1.                   Cock 2 pices
2.                  Garlic, 2 tea, tea. 
3.                  Ginger, bata 1 te 
4.                  Yellow 2 tea 
5.                  Pepper, bata 2 tea 
6.                  Dhan, bata 2 tea 
7.                  Paste grains, bata 2 tea 
8.                  Sugar 2 tea 
9.                  Yogurt 1 cup
10.              Ghee or oil 3/4 cups
11.              Cinnamon 4 picecs
12.              Amalicha 4 pices
13.              Yellow color is slightly

14.              Mawa 2tea
Process:
1.                  Keep the cock completely clean. Cut the throat bone. The worm with the fork . Dump together with a pair of yarn. Sprinkle salt in the meat, keep salt and sugar, sugar and ghee mixture for 1 hour.
2.                  Put cinnamon cardamom and yellow color on the meat. Garnish with a lid and boil well.
3.                  Sprinkle the onion by boiling.
4.                  Give heat to 180ºC (350ºF) in oven.
5.                  When meat is cooked, take meat and spice in the baking tray. 
6.                  Bake 30 minutes in the oven. Serve hot.
