Potato salad(পটেটো সালাদ)

Ingredients:
  1.  Small potato boiled 250 g
  2. Onion: 1 tsp spoon
  3. Capsicum Kochi: 1pices
  4. Olive Oil: 1 teaspoon
  5. Carrot cooked 1 tablespoon
  6. Chile Flex: 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Mayanage: 1/2 cup
  8. Minimum of 1 teaspoon of mint leaves
  9. Salt
  10. Boiled eggs: 2 pices
Process:

  1. Boil the potatoes in the hot while it is hot, let it cool down with onions, carrots, capsicum and oil. Mix all the ingredients in the dressing and mix it with potatoes. Serve with egg slice.
