Shahi vegetable



Ingredients:
-Carrot 1 cup
-pepper 1 cup
-sim 1/2   cup
-potatoes 1/2 cup
-onion 1/2 cup
-barley 1 cup
-cauliflower 1 cup
-chicken 1 cup
-tomato 1 pieces(blended)
-ganger garlic 2 teaspoon
-nut 1 teaspoon
-whole hot spiecs(bay leaf,cardamom,cinnamon)
-grated papercorn 1 teaspoon
-oil 4 teaspoon
-ghee 1 teaspoon
-milk 1 cup
-cornflower 3 teaspoon
-chicken stok 2 cup
-salt 2 teaspoon
-sugar 1 teaspoon
-greenpaper 5-6 pieces

Method: take all the vegetables except onion, bhadakapi and fried peas and boil it in boiling water for 7-8 minutes and keep the water in the jhajri. Oil with pane should be sprayed with whole flame. When it comes out, add ginger garlic paste to it for 1 minute. You will have to grind it with chicken. 2 take a pinch of salt and cook it with a little bit of chiken. If you have to take 1-2 table spoons of water. When the chicken is cooked, take it with the onion cauliflower, bhadakapi and fried paneas and take it for a few minutes. These vegetables are a bit soft, and you have to give them the boiled vegetable. For a few more minutes with the lube, peppercorns, nuts bowl and tomato peuree.vchicken stock and milk should be given. If you want to eat more / less of the juice, then you have to give stock accordingly. The ballak must be dipped in the cornflower which is kept in the ointment.if it is dense, it will have to be removed with sugar, ghee and groundnut.
