Rui fish Shahi korma



Ingredients:
Rui fish (cut into big) - half kg,
Ginger Bread - Half a tablespoon,
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon,
Onion bowl - 3 tablespoons,
Yogurt - 100 g,
Raw loin - 8-10 pieces,
Onion Kucchi - 1 cup hot spices
Calgary – little,
Cardamom, cinnamon - 2 whole,
Tejpatka - 2/3 pieces,
Almond Kuchi - 2/3 teaspoons,
Keyism,
Mix ghee and soybean oil and quantify it,
Salt – diminished,
Milk – diminished,
Water- diminished

 Method:
Firstly wash the pieces of fish well, add little ginger and garlic, and salt to taste and lightly take a little oil.
