Thai soup


Ingredients:

Chicken stock 650 ml

Shrimp fish 100 grams

Cock meat 50 grams

Egg 2 piecs

Carbonflower 2 teaspoon

Sugar 1 tablespoon

Salt 2 teaspoon

Taste salt 3 tablespoon

Tomato sous 2 teaspoon

Lemon juice 2 teaspoon

Greenpaper 2 piecs

Method:

Exfoliate the bone from the cock meat. Boil the bones with 6 cups water and measure 3 cups of stock.

Mix all the ingredients except stock, chopsticks and lemon juice together with shrimp fish and half cup cock meat together in a bone.
