khasira meat Rejala

  1.  Khasira meat 2 kg
  2. Ginger paste -1/2tsp
  3. Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
  4. Onions-1 cup
  5. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  6. Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  9. Postadana-1/2 tsp
  10. Oil -1 cup
  11. Ghi-1/2 tsp
  12. Salt
  13. Green Pepper – 10 piece
  14. Tejapata-3 piece
  15. Cinnamon-3 piece
  16. Cardamon-4 picec
  17. chopped onion-2 cup
  18. pototo-6 piece
     keora water-1tsp


Wash and cut a piece of mutton to shed water. Pot heat the oil and cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf brown onions and fry seasoning. Sprinkle 10-15 minutes with meat and salt.
