Potato-salad recipe


Ingredients:
Small potato boiled 250 grams
Onion 1 teaspoon
Capsicum kuchi 1 piecs
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Carrot kuchi 1 teaspoon
Chili flex 1 teaspoon

For dressing:
Maynonasie 1/2  cup
Putinapata kochi 1 tea spoon
Salt
Egg boiled 1 piecs

Step1: boiled hot potatoes, while leaving the peas, let it cool down with onions, carrots, capsicum and oil. Mix all the ingredients of dressing and mix it with potatoes. Serve with egg slice.
