vegetable corms


Ingredients:
cauliflower 2 cup, ginger 2 teaspoon, salgom 2 cup, garlic 1 teaspoon,onion 1 cup, potatoes 1 cup, coriander 1 teaspoon, carrots 1 cup, emulsion 4 pices, beans 1 cup, cinnamon 2cm 3 pices, cabbage 2 cup, groundnut 6pices, lemon juice 1 cup, sugar 1 teaspoon, oil 3 cup, curd 1 cup.

Method:
1.Cauliflower, keep the potatoes light brown in a small amount of oil. Shalgam, walcup, carrot and beans are half cooked. Pour cabbage into pieces for 1 minute.
2. Sprinkle three onions on the rest of the oil and tie it. Sprinkle oil with spices, cardamom, cinnamon oil. Mix yogurt and sugar and add salt. Cover with vegetables, cinnamon and lemon juice and garnish with warm ginger. When vegetables are good and turn up on the oil.
