Chicken Fahita

Ingredients:

1.                  Cock meat: 1 cup
2.                  Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
3.                  Pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
4.                  Oregono: 1 teaspoon
5.                  Onion 1/4 cups
6.                  oriander powder 2 teaspoons
7.                  Garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
8.                  Capsicum: 1/2 cup
9.                  Oil: 1/2 cup
10.              Dhanepata kuchichata quantity

11.              Salt
Process:
1.                  Take a cup of meat from the bone of the cock and slice it into long slices. Sprinkle lemon juice, peppercorns, oregano and garlic with a bowl for 1 hour.
2.                  Take 1/2 cups of green, yellow and red capsule 1 cm wide.
3.                  Heat the meat in 10-12 pieces of oil once in a while.
4.                  After frying the meat, roast onion with garlic paste in the kadai oil. Give light whisk meat with capsicum. Take down the Dhanepata and take it down.
