Aarhar pulse ams

Ingredients:

1.                  Cranberry pulse 1 cup
2.                  Cumin 1 teaspoon
3.                  1 teaspoon of ghee
4.                  Ginger curry 1 teaspoon
5.                  Beatro garlic 1 teaspoon
6.                  Curry leaves 5-6 pices
7.                  Yellow powder half a teaspoon
8.                  Raw chili extract 2-3 pices
9.                  One tablespoon of coriander leaves
10.              Raw mango slices 4-5 pieces

11.              Salt taste and oil, if necessary
Process:
1.                  Boil the pulse in the pressure bowl and make it better. Give yellow, salt and coriander leaves. If you get better then give Mango pieces. Heat the frying pan and let it dry. Give curry leaves and garlic. Take 1 minute and bake it. Serve with hot rice.
