Brinjal dolma(বেগুনের দোলমা)

Ingredients:

1.                  Vignettes 4 pices
2.                  It's a cup of 1 cup
3.                  Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
4.                  Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
5.                  Yellow powder: 1/2 teaspoon
6.                  Onion beta: 2 teaspoons
7.                  Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
8.                  Tamarind sauce or juice: 1 teaspoon
9.                  Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
10.              Sugar a little
11.              Salt to taste
Oil: 1 cup
Process:
1.                  Slice the eggplants, cut them with salt, turmeric and pepper powder.
2.                  Vegan brinjal when oil is hot.
3.                  Sprinkle with all spices in oil.
4.                  Brush the brinjal well.

5.                  Serve the oil up and down.
