Kima Koffata (কিমা কোফতা)

Ingredients:
  1.  Khasira meat 500 grams
  2. Egg: 1 pices
  3. Thighs: 2 slices
  4. Ginger: 1 teaspoon
  5. Onion 1 pices
  6. Carrots 1 pices
  7. Garlic 4 quaya
  8. omato sauce amounted to so much

  10. Brown Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  11. Cornflower: 2 teaspoons
  12. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. White oil for frying
  14. Salt
  15. Pineapple juice: 1 cup
  16. Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  17. Garamon bataa andazmatoto
Process:
  1. Make ginger, garlic and onion finely chopped.
  2. Cut the carrots and capsicas into pieces.
  3. Kima ginger, garlic paste, salt, one spoon vinegar and cook for half an hour.
  4. Cook a little bit on the saucepan.
  5. Take onion onion, egg and bread and cook it.
6.      Make a round goal ball and apply it to hot oil.
7.      Ginger with the same oil, remove carrots, capsicum and pineapple with garlic.
8.      Cook for two minutes.
9.      Mix well with vinegar, tomato sauce, sugar, chilli powder, pineapple juice and cornflower in a cup. Take a few minutes to deliver.
